Candidate A

Unit4 Agresso 1st/ 2nd Line Support Specialist

Candidate A is an excellent 1st/2nd line Agresso support specialist on ABW 5.5.2 and 5.5.3 with 3 years experience in a live environment at one of the UK’s more prestigious Agresso sites. He is CCNA (Cisco certified network associate) certified and has worked with HEAT, Service Desk Express, Mercury Test Director and SMART call logging systems. He is also proficient in the following languages: Languages: T/SQL, Java - elementary level, Java Script and VB Script. His Knowledge of Agresso 5.5.3 common financials is unparalleled and he is also familiar with some of the lesser known functionalities to include Agresso Management Console - Business Server Queues and Batch Input. His current position requires him to report using a variety of tools, and log amendments using Intellagent. He is proactive, empathetic and enthusiastic with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills; he would be an asset to any Agresso team.

Unit4 Agresso 2nd/3rd Line Support Technician with SQL expertise

Candidate B has 9 years experience as an Agresso 2nd/3rd line support technician within some of the UK’s largest commercial Agresso users. He is MCITP qualified in enterprise support and is ITIL compliant. He has successfully migrated Agresso 5.4 on the SQL 2000 database to Agresso 5.5 on SQL 2005 platform within a highly skilled support team. He has been technical lead on 4 Agresso 5.5 projects including functionalising systems into bespoke in-house applications within Agresso core financials and HR. Candidate B is a recognised new and existing user trainer and is accustomed to being on 24 hour call out for emergency situations occurring out of hours. He is also an expert systems administrator with SharePoint expertise and 3 years experience supporting Agresso user infrastructure and monitoring creation, modification and deletion of user accounts.

Candidate C is a former Agresso employee for 6 years, who has been freelance for the last 4 years to concentrate on techno-functional Agresso development within versions 5.4, 5.5 and even the newest as yet unreleased version 5.6. During his time at Agresso he was trained by the top 5 consultants in the UK and is undoubtedly one of very few freelance consultants with excellent working knowledge of Workflow and every functionality available through Agresso BW including common financials, PCB, Logistics, Budget Manager and Planner, HR and Payroll. He is able to do ARC, Excelerator and Crystal reporting and he has an invaluable license to develop any system issued by Agresso themselves which would eliminate the need to involve the supplier in any development, saving time and untold expenses. She has successfully held a variety of senior positions on Agresso projects but is most noted for her success as an Agresso 5.5 implementation specialist, using Prince 2 methodology and AIM to implement Agresso 5.5 up to sp3. Candidate E’s software skills extend to Business Objects, Visio, Excelerator, ARC and Crystal reporting and this skill set has enabled her to secure her place as one of the UK’s top 5 Agresso 5.5 implementers. During her time on site as an implementation specialist she provides a consultancy service to advise how to take the system forward with bespoking, and trains users to be able to troubleshoot once the project lifecycle is complete. Reviewing business process, performing health checks, interfacing, migrating and continuous improvement are all benefits of having candidate E leading an Agresso 5.5 implementation.

Candidate I is one of only 5 Agresso preferred training suppliers in the UK. He has vast experience training on the whole of Agresso Business World 5.5, specialising in core financials and in particular the Self Service module. He is TAP certified IITT and has developed impeccable interpersonal skills from the numerous lead trainer positions he has held throughout his 6 years as a freelance agent. He specialises in delivering training projects for private commercial companies and local government whereby he routinely supports and trains senior accounts payable and accounts receivable staff. His training styles include one-on-one coaching, classroom training and floor-walking where users quickly learn how to gain the most from the system.
