Epicor E9 Implementation Consultant
Candidate A has extensive Epicor experience from their 5 years working with the system. They are currently the Project Manager and Implementation Leader for a large scale Epicor E9 implementation. They have a wealth of Epicor and Project Management expertise, including overseeing a number of implementations, as well as project co-ordination and consultancy. They have been responsible for requirements gathering, interacting between senior management and technical consultants, and have been responsible for the management of training, administration, Inventory, Sales Order and Purchase Order Processing for a number of ERP Systems.

Candidate B is a vastly experienced ERP Implementation Specialist with over three years of Epicor Vantage 8. They were also responsible for the specification of business requirements, supplier selection, solution design, deployment and training. In their current position, they were responsible for project managing the selection and implementation of the Epicor Vantage 8.03 ERP system across all core modules including ROI calculation and budget planning as well as leading a team of ten and delivering training on all modules. Candidate E was also responsible for designing department-specific BAQ’s, Dashboards and BPM’s for faster data access.

Candidate F is an experienced Epicor ICT Systems Administrator, who has a wealth of expertise on Epicor. They have been responsible for the management of a 2003 Network including Exchange, Terminal and Sharepoint servers for 8 remote users and 20 internal users. They have been in charge of the day to day functionality of Vantage Manufacturing systems ensuring 24/7 functionality and disaster recovery. They have also been responsible for Frontline training and help for users of all areas of the database. They have had exposure to Epicor based on the Progress OpenEdge platform and they have expert knowledge of VB.NET and Progress4gL language sets with an SQL back end.

They also have extensive skills in the implementation of Reporting Applications as well as Crystal Reports.

Having worked directly for Epicor as a Software Test Engineer, they were responsible for implementing iScala into one of the largest, most profitable organisations in the world, whilst delivering training on the system and tracking bugs.

Candidate I has just finished a complete implementation and user-acceptance of a brand new end-to-end Epicor E4SE PSA System. During this rollout, they were responsible for the design and technical implementation while ensuring all technical aspects were delivered to both cost and time deadlines. They have also trained circa 300 individuals in the programme, as well as Business Analysis Techniques, based on SSM.

Candidate J has over eight years experience in Support, and for the last two years has been responsible for as the Software Support Manager for the whole EMEA region. They have continually increased the measurable KPI’s for both customer satisfaction and retention, whilst delivering and driving global standardisation of support procedures and practices, allowing the most effective issue transfer between departments. Candidate J was also responsible for making presentations to potential customers surrounding the potential support available for each product and worked extensively with consultants to ensure a smooth technical handover from go-live to the support stage.
