Candidate A has over 7 years Trent experience and is currently implementingtheLearning & Development Modules on Trent R10.06.01 and thenphased roll out via Self Service. She will be completing this across the whole organisation. Her main achievements include: Upgrade of Trent from Client to Web / Upgrade of the Web Recruitment module against the Trent Web database and retrospective implementation of Single Status including backdated compensation pay calculations, implementation on Trent, Mail merge by e and printed communication to over a 1000 position occupants. She had Budget control of £2million for the Single Status Project.

In addition, she has deployed the Learning Module & deployed E-learning and aligning this self service functionality to Trent Learning.

Candidate B is a highly successful Trent/iTrentHR & Payroll Management Consultant with a proven ability to deliver HR & Payroll business process transformation. He has configured Trent / iTrent to meet clearly defined client requirements, including pay slip production, absence schemes, user-defined field development, definition of pay element calculations, pension schemes, legislative requirements, costing outputs, workflow, batch scheduling, security and navigation.
